I had the wrong EIN number on a…
I had the wrong EIN number on a 1099-misc.and it kept rejecting it until I got it corrected which made me frustrated until I saw it was an error in the EIN given to me and then I was glad that I used the service to correct the error.

Really like the program.
As mentioned. I use it to update my catalog prices and images for printing.
That it allows me to erase certain parts of my document and insert others. I couldn't figure out how to add my prices to an already made catalog I use.
That I have to come out of the document to look at the completed changes then go back in if it's incorrect.

Add a one-time use subscription
Add a one-time use subscription. I feel this will be beneficial to a lot of your potential customers that do not run a business and may be using this software for personal use. I feel like a one-time 48hr subscription that can be purchased at a low cost would be profitable, especially if it can be repurchased at a later date if the user needs to use the program again. It does not make sense to offer a free 30 trial to users who are not going to use the program for more than 48 hours. I used this for free and you could have made money off of my usage by providing a one-time use subscription. Now, I have to make a new account with a different email if I would like to use your program again because I cannot afford to pay $100.00 for a subscription that I may only use once a year. So, just a suggestion.

I can upload and modify a document instead of starting it all over. I can fax my papers, and I will receive confirmation.

How do you embed an email?
For most email programs, click the Insert option to choose the file and embed it into the message. If you are using Mac OS X Mail, launch your Safari browser, type in the location of your file and click the Command and I button at the same time to insert the HTML into your message.

Yes, you can embed videos in emails, but that doesn't mean every subscriber can see them. It all depends on whether an email client, like Gmail, Hotmail or Outlook, can support the more recent video format, HTML5. If HTML5 is supported, it will play within the email itself.

How do I send a large video file?
Most cloud storage services let you upload files much larger than the email send file limitations. Upload the video file to your own cloud storage account. If the file is large, it could take a few minutes. Once uploaded, you can right-click on the file and get the share link to paste into email.
