I'm impressed with the product and signed up for a year, but it's one of those things that you really need when you need it and really don't look at much when you don't. I would think one copy per company would be about enough. One outstanding feature is that you have boxes for each field that you can type in, this makes life so much easie

I have been using this program for almost 2 years now and it is amazing! I have uploaded all of my work documents/forms so I no longer have to hand write every single thing. I love this app just wish when using the Text Feature, when filling in a form with white space, that you could move the text box if it is not aligned .

I had some trouble learning to use it and directions aren't consistent. Your Help area tends to be more sales pitch on what can be done in a field with no directions. I'm very grateful for availability of the service though I'll drop it once I have my house sold in a few months

Kara provided great tech assistance and she was polite, friendly, knowledgeable, and patient. The 4 stars is for Kara. The company on the other hand... not so helpful. They are great at marketing their product but provide very limited and nearly useless resources for helping their subscribers troubleshoot issues and/or educating the consumer on the tools and functions of the product. The company YouTube channel spends about 30 seconds on "how to" and the remainder of the video is promoting the product. Seriously, every single video, watch for yourself. All fluff and no substance.

Why won't word let me insert an equation?
Simply select the Insert tab and choose Equation under the Symbols section. If you still do not see the Equation option, you may have to go to File > Options > Customize Ribbon. Select All Commands in the Choose commands from menu, then add Symbols to the tabs listed on the right side of the screen.
How do I enable equations in Word?
To insert an equation in a Word 2007 document, click on the “Insert” menu/tab to see the “Insert” ribbon. In the “Symbols” section, choose “Equation”. You can also press “Alt+=” on your keyboard. You will now see Equation Tools | Design Ribbon.

When the Equation Icon is Grayed Out If the icon is grayed out, chances are, you have an older type of word document open. Save the document by clicking on File > Save As.
