Embed Name Letter: full-featured PDF editor

When moving your workflow online, it's important to get the PDF editor that meets all your needs.

In case you aren't using PDF as a primary document format, it's easy to convert any other type into it. It makes creating and using most of them simple. Several files containing various types of data can be merged within one PDF. It is perfect for comprehensive presentations and easy-to-read reports.

Though there are many solutions offering PDF editing features, it’s hard to find one that covers all the features available, at a reasonable price.

Use pdfFiller to edit documents, annotate and convert to other formats; add your digital signature and complete, or send to other people. All you need is just a web browser. You don’t have to download any applications.

Create a document on your own or upload a form using these methods:

01
Upload a document from your device.
02
Upload a document from a cloud storage (Google Drive, Box, Dropbox, One Drive and others).
03
Browse the Legal library.
04
Open the Enter URL tab and insert the link to your sample.
05
Get the form you need from the catalog using the search field.

Once you uploaded the document, it’s saved in the cloud and can be found in the “My Documents” folder.

Use powerful editing tools to type in text, annotate and highlight. Add and edit visual content. Change a form’s page order. Add fillable fields and send documents to sign. Collaborate with other users to fill out the fields and request an attachment. Once a document is completed, download it to your device or save it to the third-party integration cloud.

I don't pay for PDFfiller so I can only say speak to the ease of use on features that I think are available. I am not sure if creating a document that is editable in word is possible in every version. If so I can not figure it out. That is my only feedback. Otherwise using this website is a breeze.

I like the send to sign feature but customers have had difficulty printing copies. Asking for a review so often delays the processing I need to do on business.

For pdfFiller’s FAQs

Below is a list of the most common customer questions. If you can’t find an answer to your question, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us.
Under Personal > Certificates, Right-click on your certificate you are focused on, and select Properties. In the Properties pop up window, under Friendly Name: specify a friendly name of your choosing. Click Ok.
Changing the Friendly Name of an SSL Certificate You can use friendly names to remind you when a certificate expires, to provide information about who issued the certificate, and to distinguish multiple certificates with the same domain name.
In a data center, a friendly name is a title given to an application file, certificate or other IT asset so that a human being can easily remember the name and perhaps even understand some basic information about the asset's purpose. Unlike unique identifiers, friendly names can be changed.
Using the Reedit registry editor, export “Certs” value to a file then delete “Certs” value. Restart the computer. Rename the computer and before restarting the computer, import the content of the file you created before. Restart the computer.
Open the Certificates snap-in for a user, computer, or service. In the console tree under the logical store that contains the certificate to modify, click Certificates. In the details' pane, click the certificate that you want to modify. On the Action menu, click Properties.
Adding Subject Alternative Name (SAN) to a digital certificate. Subject Alternative Name (SAN) is an extension to X. 509 that lets you specify additional host names (values) to be protected by a single SSL certificate using a subjectAltName field. However, you can use a Wildcard certificate as part of SAN.
Anytime a SAN is added to an existing cert, a new CSR is required. The CSR must contain all the existing as well as new Sans. Consult your server manual for instructions on how to add Sans to the CSR. The common name for the CSR must be the same as the original certificate.
Subject Alternative Name (SAN) Certificates Depending on the issuing Certificate Authority, SAN certificates can support 100 or more different FQDNs in one certificate.
