Click or tap in the document where you want a page break. Go to Insert > Page Break.
You can create a new page at any time by pressing [Ctrl]+[Enter]. Or, click the Page Break option in the Pages group on the Insert tab. (Page Break is on the Insert menu in Word 2003.) Unfortunately, manual page breaks (also known as hard page breaks) cause trouble because they don't flow with the document's structure.
Go to Page Layout tab. In Page Setup group, click on Breaks and then click on Insert Page Break. You can insert Page Breaks at different rows or columns. You will be able to print the rows and columns between page breaks on single pages.
On the View tab, in the Workbook Views group, click Page Break Preview. Furthermore, you can also click Page Break Preview on the status bar. On the Page Layout tab, in the Page Setup group, click Breaks. Click Insert Page Break.

Insert a horizontal or vertical manual page break Select the row underneath the row where you want the page to break. Select the column to the right of the column where you want the page to break. On the Page Layout tab, click Breaks, and then click Insert Page Break.
Instead of deleting the Section Break, put the cursor in the page that follows it and then in the File>Page Setup dialog, go to the Layout tab and change the Section Start to Continuous. You can see all the section breaks and hard returns in a document by pressing Shift+Ctrl+8 to display Word's non-printing characters.
Manual page breaks Or, click the Page Break option in the Pages group on the Insert tab. (Page Break is on the Insert menu in Word 2003.) Or, click the Show/Hide option in the Paragraph group on the Home tab to display the page break element, highlight it, and press Delete.
