Full resolution uploads your photos with the same resolution and size as the original images you took with your camera. For larger items, like posters, canvases, and photo panels, we recommend choosing full resolution.
Digital image resolution is expressed as pixels (or dots) across by pixels down, such as 640 × 480, meaning 640 pixels across by 480 pixels down. The best printable resolution is 300 dots per inch.
The more pixels an image contains, the bigger the file will be on your computer. Typically, images will be supplied as JPEGs, and an A4 (210 mm x 297 mm or 8¼ x 11¾) image at 72 PPI will create a JPEG of approximately 500kb or half a megabyte.
