So far so good!My first transaction on PDF filler. I would say that the passwords and pins are a little confusing for people. Also, brokers don't recognize PDF filler for authenticated signatures. They accept Docusign. I use PDF filler mostly for the ability to make my PDF files fillable and then I transfer them to Docusign. So I do find PDF filler VERY useful.

On a day that I was going to really need my PDFfiller, the service was interrupted. My auto renewal had frozen up somehow and I couldn't access the service I was paying for. I immediately contacted customer service and notified them of the issue. To say that they went right into action to fix my problem would be an understatement. PDFfiller - you're service is great. I found myself trying to rate it 4 stars, but it's honest about what it is- a robust, web-based pdf editing tool that doesn't try to be more than it is, and does what it is supposed to do very well.

Needed to edit doc urgently and was able to do so with PDF FIller and the seamless interaction made for edited doc.

So far, it has been acceptable, but I am having to self teach a lot of items. It would be good to have a one hour presentation on the basics, and then some specific presentations on individual task.
