Love this tool. Very intuitive and well built webApp (UI and UX are great). For the UX though, it can be a bit tough to jump in and out of different modes (editing which is "Open" - maybe call is "Fill", and tough to get to the fillable edit section). The upside is that it's very efficient and expedites completing forms effectively. I have used other software and didn't find them to be easy to navigate or efficient.

The downside is that sometimes the text doesn't align when filling in forms I have to complete from other service industries. Also, when PDFfiller is the default PDF it does not print without having to refresh several times.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This software is really good and does make my administrative work easier and less tedious. There are some quirks but when I have experienced them, the support received was expedient and exceeded my expectations.

Great PDF
Very easy to use! Updating documents quickly is really helpful and saves me time in my practice. It's great to have the app in case I am not in my office when a change is needed.
There are a few glitches. For example, in order to save a document you have to remember to duplicate it. The emailing feature can be glitchy at times.

PDFfiller is an excellent online platform that I really enjoyed using for its features of digital signature, document management, and PDF editing. I used this platform for more than a year and I was impressed with its ease of use and the speed of its features.
The negative aspect that I noticed on PDFfiller is that it is not always easy to find advanced editing options, especially for beginner users. This can lead to some frustration at the beginning, but once you get familiar with the interface, it becomes much easier to use.
