Its good, except that it saves the document automatically without allowing a Save as function when printing, so it overwrites the previous file, which is not so good.

its really a good app, but at the same time it does not fix all my needs, but i usually do need the app when i have to edit some pdf file, because i feel its easy to use, very intuitive, but i don't use so much

How enforceable are post-nuptial agreements?
Most courts tend to uphold the agreements as long as they're written, signed without coercion, and involve a full disclosure of financial information on both sides.
What cannot be included in a postnuptial agreement?
The following cannot be included in postnuptial agreements: An unfair decision on which spouse shall provide spousal support. An unjust determination of which spouse gets what property after the divorce. Any language related to child custody, child support, or visitation rights.
How do I make my Postnup valid?
Generally speaking, for a postnuptial agreement to be valid, it must be in writing, must be voluntarily agreed upon by both parties, must have full and fair disclosure at the time of the agreement, and must be executed before a notary public.
What voids a postnuptial agreement?
A postnuptial agreement is void if it was not voluntarily and intentionally signed by both parties, or if one spouse was coerced or threatened into signing it. If one or both parties are under duress at the time of signing, the postnuptial agreement may be rendered invalid.
Do post-nuptial agreements hold up in court?
In most cases, yes, postnups hold up in court. However, there are instances where a court may not enforce a postnuptial agreement. For example, if the agreement was not entered into voluntarily or is unfair to one party, a court may choose not to enforce the agreement.
Can a postnuptial agreement be voided?
A postnuptial agreement must protect both partners. If it is unbalanced, so much so that it “shocks the conscience,” the contract would be considered unconscionable if a postnup deprives one spouse of any rights or assets if the couple separates or divorces, the agreement may be voided due to unconscionability.
Do postnups stand up in court?
Any concealment, deception, or fraud will likely result in the postnuptial agreement being invalidated in court. Family law courts must also believe that the agreement is fair. If a judge believes that the postnup is significantly biased or unfair to one spouse, the document may not stand up in court.
