Easy to Use PDF Filler It's very easy to upload documents and complete the forms. We use it for all of our documents. I sometimes have trouble with my signature loading. My printed signature always loads but my written one does not always load. I'm not sure what causes the signature failure but it is sometimes a problem.

For pdfFiller’s FAQs

Below is a list of the most common customer questions. If you can’t find an answer to your question, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us.
Font embedding is the inclusion of font files inside an electronic document. Font embedding is controversial because it allows licensed fonts to be freely distributed. Font embedding has been possible with Portable Document Format (PDF), Microsoft Word for Windows and some other applications for many years.
Embedding Fonts. You say I must embed all fonts. What does that mean? This simply means that all the font information used to make your document look the way it does is stored in the PDF file. So no matter what fonts someone else has on their computer, they'll be able to see the file as you intended it to be seen.
To embed a font, click the File menu while working on a document in the Windows versions of Word, PowerPoint, or Publisher. Click the Options link at the bottom of the menu that appears. Click Save in the left pane. Under Preserve fidelity when sharing this document, check the Embed fonts in the file option.
Open your PDF file. Click File> Document Properties. Click on the Fonts Tab to display the list of all fonts. All fonts are either Type 1 or Teletype fonts. All fonts should show as Embedded Subset
If you want to check if a font you're using has font embedding restrictions in place, choose Type > Find Font, select the font in question, and click the More Info button. If anything other than “Normal” is displayed next to “Restrictions”, then be careful when using the font.
Embedding fonts in your PDF file allows anyone who opens your file to see the document as you intended. If you don't embed a font, the PDF viewer will substitute a font if it is not available on the computer viewing the document, and the result usually isn't what you intended.
Click the Embed all fonts option at the top. Then make sure the fonts you need to embed are on the Font Source list, and not on the Never Embed list. If your font is not on the Font Source list, try to get the font file from another computer/internet then copy it to C:\\Windows\\Fonts. Print out your new PDF file.
