Blown away. EZ to use once figured out, and quite intuitive. Only a couple surprises where the DOS commands didn't always work e.g. cut and paste. I did not like the fact that when you decided to make it a service that charges you money, there was no warning. It forced you to pay if you wanted to keep your documents. I'm past that now and I am really ENJOYING it now that I am a paying customer.

Good for someone who isn't tech savy
While I'd like to think I am pretty good with a computer -- I am by no means the level of a graphic designer or anything like that. But I do a lot of work with pdfs that need to be tweaked a bit and this is easy to use!
The initial use can be a little daunting to someone who is new. But it's easy to figure out once you get a hang of it.

- Supports multiple document formats (images, multitude of text data interchange)
- Flexibility of drag and drop controls (date, text, etc)
- Ease of merging and detaching individual pages / coalesced documents
What do you dislike?
"Save" to desktop is usually 2 clicks. There could be a 1 click implementation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
- Huge improvement from Adobe Acrobat to complete forms
- Templates are easy to build
- Data integration across platforms is easily possible
- Easy to send out for signature capture

Good ease and making our life lot lot easier. unfortunately it will be good if companies can subscribe this platform instead we have to fork out money from our own pocket or subscription sharing.
