the user interaction could be a little better, for example I don't like that when I'm on the Mybox tab, once I open a file and close it I keep getting directed to the dashboard. So I have to keep clicking back to the Mybox. Otherwise, great product! :)

I love the program. The smart folder...not a fan. Do not like that we have to "tag" them and I would prefer to just make and name my own folders and move PDF docs into them as I wish (like windows mail).

Simple Way To Edit PDF Files Right on Your Computer
I don't need this service too often but it is nice to have the ability to edit and fill PDF files when I do need it. It's great that you can edit, annotate and even post notes right onto the PDF files. Not too much else to tell - it just does what I need it to do.
I like best the ability to edit and fill PDF files from the convenience of my own computer. The program is easy to use and provides all the functions I need.
When filling in PDF forms it would be nice if the software could read the empty fields and tab directly to the appropriate locations rather than needing to manually place the cursor and then drag and drop to dial in the exact spot you want the text to land.

Customer ******* is *********! The support staff (****) spent 45 minutes with me getting through the steps I needed to save and print my document. **** was extremely patient and walked me through the steps a second time. I give them a five!!

a little hard to figure out at first but once I got the hang of it was great. Like the variety offorms tonselect from, some forms could be a bit more specific but other than thaat I love the program.

Customer Service Is Great
I used this service while at work and as a functional feature it is great, does what one needs it to do. However, as sometimes happens, I needed to charge this to my personal banking account at the time. When I left the company, I contacted their customer services team via their web based chat service and a kind lady named Monica answered my query. She was very helpful, diligent in helping me locate my details, and took her time to reassure me that the service subscription had ended and evening was a-ok. I know if I ever need to use this service I will come back, and part of the reason is because the customer care was absolutely spot on. Would recommend.

A good program (and nice people)
A good program, a bit too comprehensive for me (in some ways), and a few (to me) important features were missing.
After my trial period, I was accidentally invoiced for a full year, the support department solved that nicely.

Is it illegal to spam call someone?
SMS spam is illegal under common law in many jurisdictions as trespass to chattels. In the US, the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) has expanded Phone Spam regulations to cover also Voice Spam mostly in form of prerecorded telemarketing calls commonly known as robocalls. Victims can file a complaint with the FCC.
What happens if you answer a spam call?
If you have a telephone, robocalls may be ruining your day. If you answer the phone and hear a recorded message instead of a live person, it's a robocall. If the recording is a sales message, and you haven't given your written permission to get calls from the company on the other end, the call is illegal period.
What to do if a scammer calls you?
Don't reveal personal details. Never give out personal or financial information (such as your bank account details or your PIN) over the phone, even if the caller claims to be from your bank. Hang up. Ring the organization. Don't be rushed.
Can you get scammed by saying yes on the phone?
Background. According to news reports on the alleged scam, victims of the purported fraud receive telephone calls from an unknown person who asks “can you hear me”? The victim's response of “yes” is recorded and subsequently used to make unauthorized purchases in the victim's name.
Can a scammer use your voice?
Voice phishing. Voice phishing is typically used to steal credit card numbers or other information used in identity theft schemes from individuals. Computer systems can create audio that sounds like a particular person speaking (deepfake), giving the impression that a trusted individual is making a request.

What is an illegal robocall?
A robocall trying to sell you something is illegal unless a company has your written permission to call you that way. To get your permission, the company has to be clear it's asking to call you with robocalls, and it can't make you agree to the calls to get a product or service.
