PDFfiller is full featured and extremely easy to use. You can add text, images, highlights and shapes with just a few clicks, and position what you add exactly where you want it to be. Who could ask for more from a PDF product? I mean, try doing those things with Adobe Acrobat and you'll quickly see how much easier it is to do with PDFfiller.

What do you like best?
I really like how I can fill out any form and it will turn it into a pdf. I also like how I can sign any form with my signature.
What do you dislike?
I do not really enjoy filling out forms that do not provide just a box to type in, rather it is little individual boxes for every letter. When the form is this way. I have to insert a new text box for every letter so that the letters would fall in their own little box and doesn't look out of place. These are the forms that are difficult to fill out. Unless there is a setting I haven't figured out yet.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
I am currently a law school student. There are a lot of forms I have had to fill out and PDFfiller makes this so much easier because I can just send them electronically to those who are alright with receiving them electronically.

Let me start by saying I am an older (58), computer challenged kind of a guy. That said, I have found this program pretty easy to get around. I have been able to take a form my company uses and digitize it so I can actually read the responses people are giving me!! And to be able to store them electronically for future reference.

Only would like a print out instruction… Only would like a print out instruction sheet. I love being able to create contacts in a few minutes. Make my template and just fill in the info to create a new contract.

Next, navigate to the 'Security' options to apply encryption—this can include password protection and setting permissions for editing and printing. After securing your document, proceed to the 'Edit' section to add page numbers. This two-step process ensures that your PDF is both secure and professionally formatted. For optimal organization, consider using a consistent numbering style throughout.
pdfFiller employs robust security protocols, including AES-256 encryption, ensuring your sensitive documents are safeguarded during the encryption process. This level of encryption protects against unauthorized access and data breaches. Additionally, you can set specific permissions when encrypting your PDF, allowing you to control who can view, edit, or print your documents. To further enhance security, regularly update your passwords and avoid sharing sensitive documents over unsecured channels.
No, while pdfFiller allows batch uploads for editing, encryption must be applied to each PDF individually. To add page numbers efficiently, first encrypt all PDFs you need to secure, ensuring each has consistent security settings. Once done, select each document and navigate to the editing tools to add page numbers. This structured process helps you maintain uniformity across all documents while ensuring their security. For convenience, consider organizing your files in folders within the platform for easy access.
Adding page numbers to encrypted PDFs enhances document navigation and professionalism, especially in legal or business contexts. It helps in keeping track of document flow and can prevent confusion when sharing with others. While maintaining encryption, you can ensure that the page numbers are displayed clearly without compromising the security features. For a cohesive appearance, keep the design of your page numbers consistent with your branding or document style.
Yes, using pdfFiller's online tools is safe for encrypting PDFs and adding page numbers, provided that the platform utilizes secure connections (HTTPS) and strong encryption protocols. Always check that the service you choose complies with data protection regulations, and ensure your internet connection is secure. Regular practice of good cybersecurity hygiene—like changing passwords and monitoring document access—can further protect your sensitive information even when using cloud-based solutions.
To collaborate safely on encrypted PDFs in Chrome, share the password with your collaborators securely through a different channel than the document itself, such as a phone call or encrypted messaging app. Use pdfFiller's built-in collaboration features to allow team members to comment and review without removing encryption. This ensures collaboration while keeping sensitive information secure. For larger teams, consider using role-based permissions to control who can access specific documents.
