In my line of work (payroll) it's a lot easier to be able to fill out some of the paperwork that I need to send to employees/managers and attach it via email instead of handwriting it and scan it to them.

I really like PDFfiller and it really easy to use. My only suggestion would be that you offer some way to delete or erase Fillable Names etc. that are saved if we choose. (i.e. Wrong spellings or no longer needed information.)

I'M disabled, and confined to a wheelchair. I'm not able to get out, and look for a place that will agree to fax things. I have arthritis real bad, and it is painful to hold a pen, and fill things out. The ability to do all of this for my nurses, and care-provider's, with PDF filler online is a true blessing. I made a mistake and bought a year subscription instead of one month as I needed, I immediately emailed customer support and thought I would be waiting days for a reply if I was lucky, but to my surprise I received a response within 2 minutes. She offered to change my subscription and refund the rest of my money, I of course excepted and they changed it immediately! ***** ******** for your amazing customer service! And your forms, that have been time saving!

Customer Service Is Great
I used this service while at work and as a functional feature it is great, does what one needs it to do. However, as sometimes happens, I needed to charge this to my personal banking account at the time. When I left the company, I contacted their customer services team via their web based chat service and a kind lady named Monica answered my query. She was very helpful, diligent in helping me locate my details, and took her time to reassure me that the service subscription had ended and evening was a-ok. I know if I ever need to use this service I will come back, and part of the reason is because the customer care was absolutely spot on. Would recommend.
