Initially, it was a bit confusing. However, after using the program a few times, I am delighted. I very much like the fact that I can take a printed form, scan it, and then fill it in and print it. The result is very professional looking. Still not sure how to change fonts.

Its a good overall program although I had issues uploading my pdf assignment for school, and when I submitted it online, the pdf was completely blank. Not sure why this program did that.

Below is a list of the most common customer questions. If you can’t find an answer to your question, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us.
Read the dials from left to right. If the pointer is between two numbers, always take the lower number. If the pointer falls between 9 and 0, write down 9. Ignore red dials, ones marked '100 per rev' and the largest dial.
If you don't send your supplier regular meter readings, it will create an estimated bills based on what it thinks you have used. This could be more or less than your actual usage, which will lead to you paying the wrong amount and either being in debt or credit to your supplier.
It's not compulsory to send in meter readings, but your bill will be more accurate if you do. Your electricity and/or gas meter is read 4 times a year, so we rely on estimates outside these times to calculate your bill.
To make sure your bills stay accurate, it's recommended that you submit a meter reading to your energy supplier every month, two days or so before your payment date. How often you submit readings will also depend on how you've chosen to pay your bills.
As a minimum, you should provide meter readings every three months. Ideally, though, once per month is ideal, to make sure your energy costs are always accurate, particularly during the winter months. But, there's nothing stopping you providing meter readings as often as you like.
