Try Them Out
Give the trial period a go, you’ll be fully exposed to the functionality of the site. Customer support is communicative and relatively fast. The site wasn’t a fit for my personal needs, but the things that it did do, it does well. Reasonably priced also if you find yourself constantly editing PDFs.

How can I apply for ID?
Complete a Driver License or Identification Card Application form. Present an acceptable Identity document. Present an acceptable residency document. Provide your social security number. Provide your true full name. Pay the application fee. Additional information regarding an identification (ID) card.
What do you need to get your ID?
Birth certificate. Certified copy of 1 of your parents / legal guardian identity document. Death certificate of certified copy if your parents are deceased. Proof of residence (where it's available) or provide residential address.
