User friendly. In past years I've been able to bring up the forms I need from www.irs.gov and fill out the forms, save and print the forms. Same is true for Louisiana Dept of Revenue. I have used the free trial twice. When I signed up for a $6 one month personal subscription I was billed $20USD. I have sent an email about this and hope to have it resolved.

I have had no formal training however it seems very easy and user friendly, however it does not able have all of the facilities that we require. But a good program overall.

I am happy with PDF filler. It has been such a great help with my court docs. I am constantly having to complete docs and with PDF filler all the information is saved and I only have to edit and save for next court hearing. PDF filler has saved me so much time and headaches. Thank you!

awesome pdffiller nothing like this out their by far the best easiest app i have ever use It also has legal forms easy to look up.I spent two days looking for and i came on here and in 10 minutes i had everything thanks a lot

What do you like best?
I like that I can edit text and pdfFiller will try and match the font closely, and I also find the Erase function very valuable. The entire tool is easy to use and makes my life much easier.
What do you dislike?
I have not found any downsides to using pdfFiller :)
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
I use pdfFiller to easily edit resumes in PDF format. It saves me tons of time, because I don't have to request .DOC versions or try to painfully convert PDFs into an easier to deal with format.

It can be a little confusing and I thought my docs from previous years were saved so they would populate but they didn't but I like the ease of submitting the forms to the IRS.
