Hard to get used to, and probably a lot of features we are not taking advantage of for lack of know-how, but very reliable and handy. We mostly use it to send for signature.

Great app! Use it on my phone which is great and handy in situations where documents need to be signed and done in a hurry. Only down fall is mailing documents sometimes gets sent to spam or junk mail. So tell your recipient to check their spam box just incase.

The reason it is a four instead of a five is I feel like there is a strong learning curve... at least for me.
So I am still learning.

Why is Excel truncating my 16-digit numbers?
This happens because when Excel sees long numbers, it tries to format it to the scientific notation (or the 'E' notation to be precise). You need to select the cell, and then format that cell as a number with no decimal places. Here is how you do it.

Select the cell, press Ctrl+1 (shortcut for Format cells) then select 'Text' and click on OK. B. Open format cells options, go to custom, than in type section, enter 15 zeros (or whatever numbers you want in a cell), click OK.
