It is a challenge to adapt to different methods in so many computer programs factoring in hardware and software and my limited patience. The learning curve is fairly easy and short. Still learning features as I go. I use the program every two weeks and generate four documents each time. I've been able to look up every document that I have needed and able to open and edit and print. There are occasions that he document will cut off part of the header or will not allign the text correctly. However, that's about 3% (or less) of the time.

I was able to locate and complete 10 years worth of 1099-R's online quite easily. They looked very nice and the process was much better than trying to hand type them on a typewriter! Saving the forms in multiple formats will also come in handy in the future.

An easy method of filling out and sending documents. Problem with sending document due to 'Bugs' in the system
It took three tries to send off a document and I still do not have a confirmation that it was send nor d I have a date in which the document would be received.
The concept is good as I can go to the website and complete a document and send it off. Still some bugs

Easy to use. I always send the doc to myself before emailing to final destination, just so I know what it looks like on the receiver's end. Adding a personal note to the email is a bit cumbersome--could be better explained of who sees what.

Where do you typically put a page break?
To insert a Page Break, you can either (a) go to the Insert tab at the top of the Word document and select Page Break (usually third icon from the left), or (b) go to the Layout tab and select the Breaks drop-down and choose Page Break at the top of the list.
