What do you like best?
Easy to use but comprehensive options for editing. Quick and efficient which is important with time sensitive docs and a busy life. Some recent new features tells me the company is progressive. I was having technical difficulties one day and support was responsive. I've tried numerous PDF/Editing programs. and this is by far my favorite. It's web based not some ap that you have to download that later crashes your computer. Can access it from any PC so that helps too.
What do you dislike?
The price is substantially more that I'd like to see. Takes a bit to save file to PC once done editing. can be a little slow at times but still a reliable tool I use at least weekly if not daily. Something in the $50 range would be delightful and it's well above that currently. Maybe efax for this price I have not used the esign feature yet so maybe will try that given our member benefit program is lapsing.

That for some semi-governmental organizations they will only accept a document if Adobe PDF is used and PDF Filler isn't acceptable

PDF Filler helped me when in urgent need and I have seen nothing else online that lets edit a complex PDF made from MS Publisher the same way!!

It was smooth and easy to understand. My only question or concern is. When submitting my corrected 1099 to is IRS via your site. I was not sure which copy it was sending. It did not give me an option. I hope the correct copy was sent to the IRS.

Only real issue I have is there doesn't seem to be any way to save the same PDF after I've modified it with the sight. If there was a way to do that I'd have probably given 5 star

I subscribed to a trial period for the PDFiller product but forgot to unsubscribe when the trial period was over. Once I realized my error, I contacted the company and explained my error. Katrina in customer service had my refund processed within minutes. Great service. I thought my subscription had expired but the tech support hooked me back up in a jiffy! I prefer to use PDFfiller program rather than the Acrobat Reader DC program. I will always renew my subscription in the future.
