A tool to get by, but far from perfect If you can't find any other tools to fill in PDF, or if you don't want to research into other advanced tools, this is OK. It can get your work done, but you will sometimes be frustrated. With this tool, I can fill in PDF which are not fillable by default. It saves me the trouble printing it out, filling it by hand and scanning it. It's easy to use and very straightforward. It's costly, taking into account of what it can offer. Sometimes it's difficult to save the file, and I have to save as another file even if I write only a few words.

One of the best customer service I’ve… One of the best customer service I’ve ever experienced !! My account had a monthly subscription which I thought I cancelled after the free trial but it didn’t seem to work. So I wrote them an email and within minutes they responded and took care of my issue and instantly refunded me the payments for the last 2 months in which my account has been subscribed. I’ve dealt with a lot of customer services over the past year and none has been so quick in responses, friendly and efficient in the same time. If I need a pdf service again, I’ll surely go to them. PDFiller is the best thing I have ever stumbled upon! This product is SO easy to use! I struggled with other software for my needs of filling in PDF forms. I stumbled across PDFiller one day while on a quest for software in order to do so. I looked NO further and started with a free trial. I instantly paid for the subscription no questions asked. I had found the program for me! If you have any conerns or questions the customer service is top notch and very helpful. Everything is labled for ease of use. I use PDFiller EVERYDAY! Buy the subscription .... you will thank me later. Con: I cant draw lines on surveys with ease! That is something that I wish I was able to do. There are options to draw but no straight edge lines. That is really the only con that I have.
