Answer to my prayers. TurboTax, IRS, other www sites gave me horrors. I started your site one day and somehow decided to leave and why I decided to go back to those other sites again was a HUGE mistake ... it all gave me horrors. I prayed again this morning and low and behold, your site was simple as apples to apples. I gave God the biggest smile and thank you for solving my nightmare to fill out the contractors 1099-misc for 2016. Late I am and was because of my health, and the contractor didn't sign the W-9 form which I had waited for which he finally emailed it to me. I've used their software and it's extreemly good. But what I liked most about their company was their integrity. Twice our auto renewal popped and most companies would use this as a gotcha moment to take your money. Both times we didn't require the auto renewal they credited within 2hrs of an email. Amazing customer service and great company integrity. Would reccomend to anyone.

Excellent program. It took me a little while to get the hang of inputting information correctly. After a couple of tries, I got the hang of it and I love it.

Used the product a few times (PDF editor) and really liked it but disn't use it enough to warrant purchase. I forgot to cancel the free trial and was charged the annual fee a few weeks later. The company immediately refunded me when I requested it, and did so without question or issue.

I accidently was charged after trying…
I accidently was charged after trying this for completing a teacher application and not finding it as user-friendly as I thought for myself. I had a snip of cancelling, so after a few emails I was able to get a full refund. Very responsive!

Why do we do log transformation?
The log transformation can be used to make highly skewed distributions less skewed. This can be valuable both for making patterns in the data more interpretable and for helping to meet the assumptions of inferential statistics. Figure 1 shows an example of how a log transformation can make patterns more visible.
What are log transformed variables?
A typical use of a logarithmic transformation variable is to pull outlying data from a positively skewed distribution closer to the bulk of the data in a quest to have the variable be normally distributed.
How do you interpret log transformed data?
Only the dependent/response variable is log-transformed. Exponential the coefficient, subtract one from this number, and multiply by 100. Only independent/predictor variable(s) is log-transformed. Both dependent/response variable and independent/predictor variable(s) are log-transformed.
What happens if log transformation does not normalize data?
1 Answer. Log transformation leads to a normal distribution only for log-normal distributions. Not all distributions are log-normal, meaning they will not become normal after the log transformation.
