Amazing Customer Service While I was reviewing a couple of unauthorized charges on my PayPal account I noticed they were from PDF filler. Upon further investigation as to what PDF filler is, I realized that this was due to something a professor from a course I had taken last year had required the class to use to complete an assignment. He assured us that though we may need to put in our personal information, the service we were using would be "free". I did not realize that “free” was then turned into a renewable purchase fee. I contacted PDF filler to dispute the charges and explained what had happened. This company responded to my email with genuine kindness within a couple of hours to assist me with providing a refund upon receipt of a response providing verification information. Convenient, Affordable, Online PDF Editing & Mgmt Tool I use PDFfiller on a regular basis. The enhanced security options, including the ability to email a PDF to someone and that automatically includes a 'security code' for retrieval of the document gives me a sense of security since the actual document is not attached to the email, which could be intercepted if someone hacked into your mail server. I also use the merging tools, allowing me to combine multiple PDF's into one file, move pages, etc. It helps me to better organize my PDF libraries. Considering the other options of using a very high-priced service/product (Acrobat), PDFfiller is, in my opinion, a much better tool. I've been using 'PDFfiller', for the last 2 years. The editing tools available are great, including filling out forms, editing text, adding comments and signatures, makes it a very convenient to import and work with documents on-the-go. The ability to import/export to/from cloud-based sources as well as drag & drop. Import options makes things much easier in-terns of document management Honestly, there haven't been any tasks that I typically need to with PDF editing, etc. that PDFfiller already provide.

A wonderful tool for small business Filling and sending forms is extremely easy, other people can sign into the account and use it. It makes filling out forms a breeze, no more handwriting. It's very simple to use, allows good organization and many ways of printing or sending the completed form. The E-Signature is a bit funny but that's my only complaint.

An Affordable and Easy Solution for Businesses Handling E-Signatures As an inexpensive and simple tool for signing documents digitally, pdfFiller is unrivaled in value compared to other solutions offered by Adobe and others. Our company uses pdfFiller constantly to compose property deeds for our owners. We also prepare a variety of documents for our Board of Directors to sign conveniently since they are not onsite always. It does cost more money in monthly subscription fees to have faster access to customer service. At the first time we experienced a technical problem and needed a question answered we did not have the service tier that afforded same-day replies from customer support. This was an inconvenience, but we have since upgraded our services.

Combining two files was relatively easy once I read... Combining two files was relatively easy once I read the How to Guide three times to figure it out. But editing text in the file resulted in a change in the font that was not particularly satisfying and could not be corrected.
