I love PDFFiller, but I know I won't be using it often. I wish you guys have pay-per-use option instead of paying for a whole year. If not for this very important court doc I'm filling out, I won't even consider paying for a whole year.

Fantastic at converting pdf to word and also editing a pdf file. Getting yourself around the menu's is a little clunky and takes a while to get used too.

What do you like best?
I started using PDFfiller as an alternative to Adobe Acrobat, which is not available for Chromebook. I expected it to be something I could use to make small edits to PDFs and also to fill in non-fillable forms. It has proven to be way WAY more than that. I like that the program is incredibly versatile
What do you dislike?
I wish I could save files to by Google Drive into the folders that I want rather than having to move them from the PDFfiller folder.

It was wonderful to use so I didn't have to go to town to fill out the particular paperwork i needed to turn in. The only negative was I thought I was in a 30-day free trial period, and I was charged two separate charges, though they were very small, but yet I was charged.

I was just on the phone and wrote back to congratulate the customer service rep on my call. I was very nervous about making sure my document was sent properly because a 5 year deal is riding on it. She helped calm me and understand things were handled properly. Bravo!

I will never forget the exceptional customer service i received today, July 27, 2022 from Kara, a staff of PDFfiller. I literally went from tears of sadness for not being able to trace the document i had worked on since morning, to tears of joy & fulfillment. Having met an online angel like Kara, my hope and indeed, document was restored, She went over & above the call of duty to ensure that i was delighted in the most patient and excellent fashion. I am a relatively new user to pdffiller, but have found the platform user friendly and does exactly what I need it to. Helping me modernise a lot of statutory requirements for e-signatures and template creations.
