Words 'Entries M' means that the visa stamped on your passport allows you to enter into the United States of America multiple times till the validity period of the visa is not expired.
An annotation is a bit of text that appears on the face of a US visa that usually stipulates some sort of limitation on the visa's use. For example, every student visa is annotated with information about the school the visa holder will attend. The visa therefore cannot be used for another school.
Visa type is correct: It should be B1/B2 for a visitor visa or business visa. Check whether the 'Entries' is 'S' or 'M'. 'S' means single entry and 'M' means multiple entry. If you have multiple entries, it means that you can enter the USA multiple times until the visa expires.
The B2 visa is a temporary, non-immigrant US visa that permits the holder to enter the United States for a short period for travel, recreation, or family purposes.
The U.S. nonimmigrant visa Type B1/B2 is a temporary visa for business and tourism. When you see 'R B1/B2' as your Visa Type, the letter 'R' simply means a 'R'regular visa instead of a Diplomat or other Type of visa. Temporary business may be conducted with a U.S. B1 Visa.
The PED listed on your visa is your Petition End Date, or the date on which the status under which you entered the United States will expire.
The Petition Expiration Date (PED) listed on a visa stamp generally reflects the I-797 expiration date and the final date on which a foreign national can enter the U.S. using that visa without a new I-797 approved. L-1A and L-1B nonimmigrants are often issued visa stamps valid for five years.
