This program is awesome. Not only does it solve the problem of not being able to type on pdfs, you can also sign a form that is on your desktop computer on your phone. Amazing.

Good except I have trouble figuring out how to pull up forms and save them with a different name after filling them with new information so I can save them all.

I found it a bit difficult to navigate text changes and then the printed format is not the correct size needed for the IRS. I had to spend time reopening on desktop to make changes and print.

My original reason for joining was just to try the program and use the conversion from PDF to Word feature. Our club has need for developing forms and sign in documentation which I am exploring your features. Not as easy as I would have liked. Good product so far for my needs, but I'll make a final decision towards the end of my trial version.

Handy little software for fillable PDFs
Create fillable PDFs in minutes with PDFfiller. We use a lot of paper forms and it wasn't until recently that we began transferring all our old school paper and pen documents to these nifty fillable PDFs that folks can easily and conveniently complete and submit online.
Sometimes PDFfiller lags a bit but it's not annoying enough to stop using. Overall, I'm very pleased with the product.

Good product for the money
this product is well priced which is great for a startup business. The accessibility of acord forms is a big plus. I do wish it had a few more features that would make it even better - like the ability to attach an email without having to save in pdf and upload - and having a task option for future projects would be so great.
Ability to create and save documents required by insurance industry is a plus. I like being able to access the program from anywhere and being able to upload documents for client files.
Does not have ability to do sub folders and wish there were a section for each client for notes for tracking of conversations. Also wish there were a calendar where you could add tasks with reminders.

How long does it take to get a check from Waterworks?
Your claim will be processed in two to three business days. Once your claim has been processed, it will be visible in your Waterworks account. It takes an additional two to three business days for your reimbursement to be issued.
How long does it take to get reimbursed from FSA?
Members are typically reimbursed from their FSA within 10 to 14 days.
How do I get reimbursed for FSA?
Learn about Flexible Spending Accounts You use your FSA by submitting a claim to the FSA (through your employer) with proof of the medical expense and a statement that it has not been covered by your plan. You will then receive reimbursement for your costs. Ask your employer about how to use your specific FSA.
How long does it take to be reimbursed?
Typically, in a good case when everything goes right, reimbursement happens on average in about 30 days. In cases when it goes wrong, you may be lucky if you ever get reimbursed, or you may be stuck in back and forth. I'd give it an average of about 6 months if there is an issue.
Is FSA money available immediately?
When do my Health Care FSA funds become available? The full annual contribution amount for a Health Care FSA is preloaded and immediately available for use at the beginning of the plan year. Any unused money remaining in the FSA at the end of the plan year is returned to the employer.
How long do you have to submit FSA claims?
You're typically given a window of up to 90 days to submit claims after the end of plan year (this is for any expenses incurred during that plan year). How much time you have actually depends, and it's best to consult your FSA administrator as to the specifics/timeline for your plan.
Where is Waterworks accepted?
Where can I use my Waterworks® Healthcare Card? You can use your Wageworker® Healthcare Card at the doctor, pharmacy, optician, and most general merchandise stores. The card transactions are usually verified automatically.
Can you use your Waterworks card at Walmart?
I put that to the test recently and attempted to use my Waterworks FSA debit card at the following popular online sites: Amazon.com, Target.com, Walmart.com, and Walgreens.com.
