It was very good and worked very well. However, overpriced. I did not like that I could not switch to a different sign on option after purchase and that if I terminate the agreement, you delete access to files instead of offering a transition courtesy print/save/view.

I was in a total jam and needed forms right away. I was so afraid my only option was to type all these required forms and then have to write in the answers with a pen. It would have taken me days to complete! When I discovered PDFfiller online it was like my guardian angel had guided me to the site! The user friendly site was easy to navagate and had easy to understand instructions. A little difficult navigating. There is no clear description of what some of the functions are. Would be helpful to maybe add a description as you hover over a button, or at least give a description of what the function does when you click on it.

Only ever used Adobe in the past. Found this affordable option. It is fantastic. User friendly and effective app. I applied for a rental with a heap of forms to fill out and now our family are living in it. I accidentally signed the 1year subscription. Advised that I only wanted to use it during the trial period for a purpose and happy to pay for one month. They communication was quick and on point. They summarised and actioned exactly what I requested. Only charged me $30 for the month and cancelled my future subscription. I would happily use this again. Thank you.

An excellent company with mind-numbingly awesome customer service. I expected an automated response and a week or more wait to resolve an accounting problem, what I experienced was not only a response but total problem resolution in less than and hour. Unfortunately I dont have need for their services at the moment because these guys are just the type of business I want to do business with and I am positive you will too. Thank you **** and ***** for your unbelievable attention to detail and rapid results.
