What do you like best?
Ability to add notes to PDFs for my clients. It really does help answer questions for them much faster and help them understand the document better.
What do you dislike?
I wish I could merge and rearrange documents without it costing more to upgrade to do so. Would also be nice if If could set two password when securing a file. One for client and my master password

My experience with PDFfiller has been nothing but win after win! At first i was worried i wasn't going to be able to sign without the help of a third party app, but, wouldn't you know? I had a very complicated question pertaining to a credit card charge, (I didn't know which account within our company had incurred the charge, and therefore, couldn't track down a receipt) **** helped me reverse engineer the charge to find out where it came from. pdfiller is the best online form finder and provider. I have always had difficulty with filling out a form on line, whether that be saving or having the fields stay filled out if I did not complete the form at that time. This is never a problem nor is finding any form I already did or was in the process of doing. I am still in the trial timeline which is clearly displayed as to how many more days I have left in the trial. These nuances are so beneficial and not at all typical, they provide a much higher quality to the service and there is nothing I can't find or is provided that I could need later that is not right at my fingertip or click of the mouse. I am thrilled to have found this and reccommend everyone who has a need to fill out forms or find them. Easy to use, downloads perfect and so user friendly. Wonderful Customer Service
I recieved a charge for $96 today for a membership which I had believed I had cancelled. After contacting customer service, Sally was able to not only refund my $96, but also cancel my membership as I had only needed it briefly for a project for school. Within less than 3 hours all of my needs were met and taken care of. I have never experienced such amazing customer service.
