Add as many signers as you need and enter their email addresses. Move the toggle Set a signing order to enable or disable sending your document in a specific order.
Note: you can change the default signer name (e.g. Signer 1) by clicking on it.

Click Assign fields to open your document in the pdfFiller editor, add fillable fields, and assign them to each signer.
Note: to switch between recipients click Select recipients.
Click SAVE > DONE to proceed with your signature invite settings.

C. No other Form of Address Under § 805(a)(2), you may not use a lawyer's name or title or other signature in such a way as to suggest the lawyer or his or her firm should be considered representative when representing a client.” Rule 11 of Rules on Professional Conduct, as amended in 2007, reads: “11. A lawyer shall not use a lawyer's name or title, or other signature, as described in § 805(a)(2). They do not, however, regulate conduct that occurs outside the lawyer-client relationship, such as the filing of documents with other persons or attorneys” Although § 805(a) does not define “other form of address”, the Committee understands that when a lawyer uses a name different from the lawyer's own, it is a violation of the Rules of Professional Conduct. P. 805 (§ 11.3), (§ 6), citing Rule 4-501 (a) and Rule 2-103 (c), which require that lawyers identify themselves, although the latter require that the name be not be the lawyer's official or registered name, and a “professional corporation” designation, whereas a name other than a lawyer's own does not qualify. If you are a student or graduate, you may not have access to the Department of Finance website and therefore need to utilize the Ontario Ministry of the Attorney General's website to access this service. Click the File tab. Click Info. Click Protect Document, Protect Workbook or Protect Presentation. Click Add a Digital Signature. Read the Word, Excel, or PowerPoint message, and then click OK.
