I was refunded the automatic annual renewal charge by customer service representative after stating my frustration that I was paying for a service that I no longer needed. I greatly appreciate being treated how I treat customers! Thanks

Contact Support
Contracts only need (1) a meeting of the minds as to the terms, and (2) exchange of goods and/or services which each party considers to have some non-zero value (called consideration). So, yes, you can write a contract for yourself. You don't need an attorney.
Stick to just one goal. Write down the steps you need to take to achieve the goal. Set a deadline for the contract to one day, or a week at most. Keep it short and focused, but formal. Focus on the upsides of the contract. Change the contract if you feel that you've accomplished it already.
There is no bar to parties making their own draft to execute a contract. It is not necessary for a lawyer to draft it for it to be valid. You do not need a lawyer to draft a contract in order to go to court and sue. In fact, in California you don't even need a contract.
Most contracts only need to contain two elements to be legally valid: All parties must be in agreement (after an offer has been made by one party and accepted by the other). Something of value must be exchanged -- such as cash, services, or goods (or a promise to exchange such an item) -- for something else of value.
Get it in writing. Keep it simple. Deal with the right person. Identify each party correctly. Spell out all of the details. Specify payment obligations. Agree on circumstances that terminate the contract.
To write a legal document for money owed, start by listing your name and address, along with the same information for the borrower. Next, include the payment provisions based on the type of loan you're providing.
Once a contractor is hired by a business, they can then hire subcontractors. Subcontractors will sign an agreement like the one the contractor signed with the company, but the subcontractor will sign with the contractor.
The answer is yes. It is important to be aware that when agreeing to a written contract, it does not need to be signed by both parties to be legally binding. This party argued that by not signing, they had not accepted the terms of the contract.
A written contract must be signed by both parties to be legally enforceable. However, some types of oral contracts are also valid and do not require signatures from either party.
A subcontractor may have a team of workers. It's the responsibility of the subcontractor to hire and pay them and deal with any employment issues for these workers. The contractor has no authority over them. It's the duty of the subcontractor to pass on important information to them and supervise their work.
Contractor Liability General contractors are often the go-to source for blame. After all, they are responsible for hiring subcontractors to complete portions of the project. General contractors can protect themselves by ensuring each subcontractor has their own liability insurance to protect against any errors.
A subcontractor is hired as someone who is to provide the original contractor with material or perform services in order to successfully finish a contract. A subcontractor will be subsequently employed by someone (contractor) after that contractor has been employed to perform a job or for a period of time.
Business Licenses and Registration Prime contractors require subcontracting companies to be properly licensed as business entities. Further, if the subcontracting company operates in a regulated industry, such as construction, it must have a specialty business license granted by the state.
Payment differs between a subcontractor and contractor. A contractor receives his payment directly from the employer. A subcontractor is paid directly by the contractor and his payment is due once his specific job is finished. The contract between the contractor and subcontractor may provide for installment payments.
In direct contrast to a general contractor, a subcontractor is hired by a general contractor to perform specific and specialized tasks. Just like with general contractors, a subcontractor can be an individual or a business. They complete whatever tasks are assigned to them by the general contractor.
