This is the only app I can erase and fill-in easily so I love it. However, the signing function is glitchy so I use Docu or Adobe sign for that. Still, soooo worth it b/c of the Erase and Fill features.

Can you sell to the real?
The Real is a high-end consignment store, where you can theoretically resell your designer goods for a reasonable price. The site's terms and conditions stipulate that Real can discount anything placed for sale on the site by 20% immediately.
How much does the real charge to sell?
Additionally, The Retreat will charge you (i) a fee of $100 per fine art piece and $15 per every other item, which fees reflect The Retreat's up-front costs of storing, cataloging, and photographing the item in preparation for sale, plus (ii) applicable shipping costs.
What percentage does the real take?
The site's terms and conditions stipulate that Real can discount anything placed for sale on the site by 20% immediately. Thus, if you're selling a product that's, say, worth $200, that cuts your take by $40. They take another 50% commission on the remaining $160 sales price.
How long does it take to sell on the real?
Once we receive your items, they will be authenticated, photographed, priced and included in your profile under My Sales. This process usually takes between 10-15 days.
Is the Retreat legitimate?
These people are not journalists, and they are not credible. The Retreat stands 100% behind our state-of-the-art authentication process.
