Filling out form was fine. I felt like I should have been told there was a cost associated with use before I filled out form, not when I finished. At that point I didn't feel like handwriting everything, so I paid for subscription. I can't justify spending $72.00 a year for something I will seldom use. Wish I would have known up front this was not free.

I had a little issue trying to find out how to print the form. Also, the little movable box that kept showing me where to check got in the way of reading the document. I X'ed it out most of the time so I could read the instructions.

What do you like best?
I utilize the feature for certificates of insurance. It’s very nice to have the mobile app to be able to use that when I’m on the go .
What do you dislike?
The way it saves documents or re-saves them or use as a template is very confusing . And not all of the options on the desktop version are also available on the mobile version .

Excellent features This allowed me to add to my PDFs that I couldn't before. This product saves time. I was trying to find something that lets me add a text box or even text to my pdf files. This product does this! Very cool! I can't think of anything. It does what I needed it to do. Excellent and easy to use for my documents.

Easy to use. I would like a feature to more easily type in info on blanks on pdfs. Text boxes are clumsy and it is easier to just handwrite the date.

An objects' clause is a provision in a company's constitution stating the purpose and range of activities for which the company is carried on. Articles of Association is an important document of a Joint Stock Company. It contains the rules and regulations or bye-laws of the company. It deals with the rights of the members of the company between themselves. The contents of articles of association should not contradict with the Companies Act and the MOA.

Object of registering a Memorandum of Association or MOA The MOA of a company contains the object for which the company is formed. It identifies the scope of its operations and determines the boundaries it cannot cross. It is a public document according to Section 399 of the Companies Act, 2013.
Memorandum of Association is the most important document of a company. Furthermore, it states the objects for which the company is formed. Furthermore, it contains the rights, privileges and powers of the company. Hence, it is called a charter of the company. A company cannot undertake any business or activity not stated in the Memorandum.
Liability Clauses: Liability clause mentions the liability of members of the company- In case of a company limited by shares, Memorandum of Association must have a clause to the effect that the liability of the members is limited to the extent of the amount of the unpaid portion of the shares held by him.
