I needed fast, no nonsense access to CMS approved forms, HCFA1500 to be specific. This was fast, easy to use, and I can save my files to my pc. I can edit, print, e mail, fax, its great! I love it! I liked the access to all the forms. It was great. And as I tried to do ever more complicated things with the forms (strikethroughs, initialing the corrections in random places, etc.) I learned more and more about the tools the platform has. It has just about everything you could imagine.

It was really easy to modify the text but it didn't allow for modifying the form itself. When I ran out of blocks (Employee Review Form), I couldn't add any lines to the bottom or even take away some of the "Reviewer comments" to give me space to add more lines for categories.

Has saved a lot of time and running around as we are shift workers and not available at same time to sign and fill in papers. Easy to use and mobile app was handy for business.

it has been hard getting back to my document, probably because an icon has not popped up on my screen and the form is not in my laptop document file. it's not letting me add lines to the lists though that might be a hard lock in the form. However the section instruction's say that you can add. Mostly I have only used PDF filler on this complicated form and am learning by trial and error.

The software could use some updating. It is not the easiest to edit the document. The app also kept crashing on me and I had to start all over again. It was very frustrating.
