The PDF filler worked beautifully and Loved it.
The PDF filler worked beautifully and I like it. It was exceptional. But rather costly I could not afford it at this time. But I had no problems achieving what I did with documents I wanted to change.

How many years is an employer required to retain records of wages paid?
You must keep all payroll records for at least three years, according to the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLEA). And, you need to keep records that show how you determined wages for two years (e.g., time cards that comply with FLEA timekeeping requirements).
How long does an employer have to keep w2 records?
The IRS orders business owners to keep these documents on file for up to four years. Many employers choose to keep them longer just in case, but the federal requirement when it comes to Copy D (employer copy) W-2 forms, the general rule is a minimum of four years.

How long do you have to keep 1099 records?
Six years: Forms W-2, 1099, etc. because the IRS has six years to contact you if you've failed to report income. Seven years: Any information regarding loss from worthless securities or bad debts.
Do employers keep copies of 1099?
W-2 and 1099 Forms: You will need to keep a copy of all W-2 and 1099 forms that you issue. If any of these forms are returned to you as undeliverable, you must also keep those on file. You will also need to keep copies of IRS payroll forms 940 and 941.
