It meets my needs very well. If I could get my own fax number for less than $10/month I would add that. As it is now, I have a fax separate from this but only pay $8/month so will keep and use separately. Disappointed it was so much for the add on. Also, for the edit option. Many things to do but all as add ons. For now, I like what I can do, though.

Great experience for me since I'm preparing from a remote location in the mountains using the e-signature feature sending to legal services for filing.

Look for loopholes in your lease agreement. ... Check for illegal lease terms. ... Prove to your landlord that the situation is out of your control. ... Figure out if your landlord could earn more by letting you leave. ... Make it clear that a lease break would improve the leasing schedule. ... Lay out the alternatives. ... Claim illegal entry.
Read Your Rental Agreement. ... Talk to Your Landlord. ... Find a New Renter. ... Consider Termination Offers. ... Be Prepared to Pay. ... Check with Local Tenants' Unions. ... Get Everything in Writing. ... Seek Legal Advice.
For example, if you were paying $1,100 a month and broke the lease with 6 months left, and the landlord could only rent the unit for $1,000 a month, the landlord is entitled to $600 from you. Some landlords also allow tenants to be let out of the lease by paying a fee.
Most leases have provisions for renters who want to break the lease, often in the form of a two-month penalty or a nominal fee if you give more than two months' notice. Or, some leases will insist that you pay rent until the landlord is able to find your replacement.
So you may not have to pay much, if any additional rent, if you break your lease. You need pay only the amount of rent the landlord loses because you moved out early. This is because Texas requires landlords to take reasonable steps to keep their losses to a minimum or to mitigate damages in legal terms.

If you decide to terminate early without just cause, you must still hold up your end for the remaining term. For example, move six months before the lease ends, and your landlord could collect the remaining six months you owe even though you no longer occupy the location.
If you break the lease, you may owe damages to the landlord. Some tenants mistakenly believe that the deposit can be used in place of the last month's lease. Read the lease. It likely says the deposit cannot be used for the final month's rent.
There will usually be an early termination fee equal to several hundred dollars, but that may be a small price to pay for getting out of the lease early. To do this, you first need to get the payoff or buyout amount from the leasing company, and get it in writing.
