I purchased the product. It was because I needed to complete a form for an important Employment opportunity. After I spent 4 hours on the form. I was ready to print then was asked to make payment. after I subscribed; I then tried to print the form. Long story short; I could not print the document and then when I accessed it later to try and correct the issue, the information I had put in was all over the place. (in the wrong places). I have then canceled my subscription and have just wasted my $72 US Dollars. I know I will not be refunded, even if I was only Subscribed to the product for less then 6 hours or so. I would never recommend this product to anyone ever. I immediately got a response and refund... which tells me that this company is serious about its reputation and customers service. The support with this company surpasses… The support with this company surpasses anything I have ever dealt with. Honestly, I NEVER write reviews because I have never been moved to do so; however, today I was. Quick response, did exactly what I wanted, no questions asked just solutions. We can all learning something from this great customer service. This is too few and far between nowadays. "Sam" is who helped me today and I hope he gets the recognition that they deserve!

Excellent PDF conversions This software helps me keep documents in unchangeable forms so that they can be sent out and not altered. I love that I do not have to download anything to my computer. I can go straight to the website, upload my document or file, and then have it converted into a PDF within seconds. It is super fast and the PDFs look great. I have used PDFfiller numerous times, and there is not one thing I can think of that I do not like about it.

Free trial Free trial is a great way to know and understand the capabilities of pdffiller it saves the files under a different name, but i dealt with it since i used the free trial

Only ever used Adobe in the past. Found this affordable option. It is fantastic. User friendly and effective app. I applied for a rental with a heap of forms to fill out and now our family are living in it. I accidentally signed the 1year subscription. Advised that I only wanted to use it during the trial period for a purpose and happy to pay for one month. They communication was quick and on point. They summarised and actioned exactly what I requested. Only charged me $30 for the month and cancelled my future subscription. I would happily use this again. Thank you.
