So far it's been pretty good although I haven't figured everything out yet as far as the features but I'm working on it. I like it so far though for what I needed it for. I think 40 dollars is too much, but...
I think 40 dollars is too much, what you offer is well worth it except for the fact that it's a service I would only use occasionally. So 40 bucks every month is way too much for me. But I do love what you offer.

It got the immediate job done but there were a few hiccups. I don't particularly like their way text is displayed in the larger fill-in fields. The form I was filling out was very complicated and required numerous references to a "Remarks" section at the end of the form because there was insufficient space with the numbered questions to put complete answers without overwriting onto the next numbered question. Consequently, the Remarks section was filled necessitating a separate attachment to contain all the remarks. In the remarks section, I cross-referenced to the numbered question for clarity, e.g. "Question 12(b)..." When I viewed the form on the screen the formatting looked fine but when it printed, the "Q" in the word Question was on one line and everything else "question 12(b) was on the next line. I would like to know how to avoid that issue in the future.

Super customer service
Used this as a one off and forgot to unsubscribe and when i was charged i asked for a refund and the customer service team were very understanding and kind to refund me. Bruce in particular was quick and helpful!

How can I unblock service tax login?
ACCOUNT IS BLOCKED To unblock the account, Assessed can go to www.aces.gov.in ---→ Central Excise / Service Tax (as the case may be) ---→ 'Unblock Your Account': 2. Please enter the details of Registration number, Hint Question and Hint Answer.
How can I reset my service tax password?
To reset your password, visit Forgot password self-service. If you need further assistance, call us at 518-485-7884.
How do I reset my professional tax password?
Go to the Sign-In page. Click on either Forgot Username or Forgot Password. To retrieve a username, click the Forgot Username link. Enter your email address, and click Continue. To reset a password, click the Forgot Password link. Enter the username, and then click the Continue button to have the reset email sent.
How can I get my service tax number?
To obtain service tax registration, the applicant can file the ST-1 application for service tax through the Automation of Central Excise and Service Tax (ACES) website. The documents listed above along with the requisite information must be submitted online.
How can I know my service tax registration date?
Digits 1 to 10 will be the PAN Number. Digits 11 and 12 will be ST or SD. Digits 13 to 15 will be the number of registrations issued against that PAN, starting with 001.
How can I check my service tax registration date online?
Address of Assessed. Name of Assessed. Location Code.
How can I check my service tax registration number?
Assessed code to be digitized in case of Central Excise (major account head 0038) as : 1-10 digits : 10-digit PAN. Assessed code to be digitized in case of Service Tax (major account head 0044) as : 1-10 digits : 10-digit PAN / TAN.
How can I know my service tax return filed or not?
Click on 'Service Tax' from the homepage and sign in to your account. If you have filed for any refund and the reimbursement is approved by the department, you will be able to see the 'Check Status' option and track your refund using your acknowledgement number from the refund request created by you earlier.
