I was accidentally billed after…
I was accidentally billed after cancelling my subscription. I contacted the customer service and was completely blown away by the fantastic and prompt support i received. I recently saw a charge for a PDF filling service, and I had no memory of signing up for it. December 2020 has not been a picnic for me. I reached out to customer service, and ******* handled it from beginning to end. She even works to get things done when I was not able to get her all the information she needed, due to unfortunate events going on in my life. They have reverse the charges. I don't know if this product works or not, but I do know that their customer service team does or very well if you are patient and persistent with them. That's rare for any product. So, they get five stars from me.

Is there a way that 1 page can be…
Is there a way that 1 page can be flipped? sometimes there are documents that are written horizontally and there is no way to fill it in unless the sheet is rotated. If there is no way to do this then it should be. That is why one star is missing. otherwise great.

Awesome experience with pdffiller
My experience with pdffiller was great. After trying the app, I realised that I didn't need it. As I didn't cancel the subscription, I was charged when trial period was over. However, I sent a message to support and they were very efficient, professional, nice and helpful (Thank you, Roxie).In less than one hour I had my money back.It was one of my best experiences in these kind of situation.Thank you and congratulations to Roxie and all the team of pdffiller.You are awesome!!

What do you like best?
User friendly. Can do anything I really need, from editing pdfs, splitting up and saving parts of documents, signed documents, etc.
What do you dislike?
The sign in page can be a bit wonky and hard to see if you're signed in. If you've been signed out and start uploading it puts you into the trial mode, and once you figure out whats going on you have to start over.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Signing documents is really important for me, which is the biggest benefit. But the ability to edit and fill out pdf documents has been wonderful as well.

Great service. I thought my subscription had expired but the tech support hooked me back up in a jiffy! I prefer to use PDFfiller program rather than the Acrobat Reader DC program. I will always renew my subscription in the future.
