It works good but is clumsy to figure out some things should be easier like saving an altered document to your computer. Currently I have to pretend to print it then in the printer tell it to save as a PDF to my computer instead.

Coding Accuracy Support System (CLASS) is a certification system from the United States Postal Service (USPS) for address validation. A CASS-certified address validation service will standardize your mailing list, update outdated addresses, and verify that addresses are valid and complete.
The CLASS tool takes the input address file and checks it against the United States Postal Service (USPS) Coding Accuracy Support System (CLASS). The tool cleans up the data by correcting address information to the USPS Standard. It also appends valuable address-specific information to the data.
NCAA helps reduce undeliverable-as-addressed mail by correcting input addresses prior to mailing. The Coding Accuracy Support System (CLASS) improves the accuracy of carrier route, five-digit ZIP, ZIP+4, and delivery point codes that appear on mail pieces.
CLASS address standardization. Definition: CLASS address standardization is the process of standardizing addresses so that they follow the USPS® Coding Accuracy Support System (CLASS) requirements. CLASS certification is based on accuracy in ZIP codes, ZIP +4® codes, and delivery point codes.
Address standardization is the process of formatting an address so that it matches the approved format of the national postal authority. The USPS determines the official format for addresses in the United States.
CLASS stands for The Coding Accuracy Support System (CLASS). It's a tool created and used by the USPS to ensure the accuracy of software that taps into their database. There are a number of professional services that tap into the USPS database, like address validation for example.
The Coding Accuracy Support System (CLASS) CLASS certification is offered by the USPS to all mailers, service bureaus, and software vendors that would like to evaluate the quality of their address-matching software and improve the accuracy of their ZIP+4, carrier route, and five-digit coding.
The first part is the first five digits of the zip code which indicates the destination post office or delivery area. The last 4 digits of the nine-digit ZIP Code represents a specific delivery route within that overall delivery area. All 9 digits of a full zip code assist the USPS in effectively sorting the mail.
Easy, just visit USPS.com, hover over the Mail & Ship top menu tab, and select Look Up a ZIP Code. Enter your address (with apartment number, if any), hit Find, and your full address with ZIP+4 will display.
ZIP+4 Codes are the last 4 digits of a nine-digit ZIP Code. A nine-digit ZIP Code is made of two parts. The first part is the first five digits of the zip code which indicates the destination post office or delivery area.
