Best customer service and software!
It's the easiest program for faxing from your computer, converting docs, signing forms, making forms editable. I love it. Above all, they have the best customer service I have ever received. Especially for a product that speaks well for itself. Anna, with tech support, was quick, efficient, kind, very knowledgeable and addressed my issue right away. It has been a long time since I can say that. Not listening to me and my problem has been my experience lately with other tech support from other companies. Easy to use and has functionality I need.
Think there is some maximum number of pages you can convert at one time so have to break it up.

Adobe should take notes from PDFFILLER
I like that it's web based which allows me to use it on any computer without having special software installed.
Nothing too bad but sometimes the converter feature would hang when I was converting large documents.

There is an eraser feature that is the best thing ever. This allows you to change a PDF document. How many times do you need to modify a document, or wish it said something different, but don't have an editable version. With PDFfiller you can erase the verbiage, and replace it with something else. You can also easily place your signature on documents too. You can upload you own personal signature too.
