Two main issues I have with PDF:
1) not being able to change the names on the forms,
2) easily finding a form to download to My Forms (referring to Acord forms mainly, you would think your company would have a direct link to Acord forms draw from)

I’m new to PDFfiller. Like the create document feature, although have to search and search for specific forms....Not easy to access. But do find PDFfiller beneficial, useful. Will continue to subscribe to this platform. Great for personal use as well as business use.

the ease of use and the price, availability of pdf acord forms on line, and ability to revise forms with the pdf fromat
does not have some of the functions that would make it even more useful to an insurance agent, i.e. the ability to attach emails and the ability to document conversations for reference and use of other team members

An excellent company with mind-numbingly awesome customer service. I expected an automated response and a week or more wait to resolve an accounting problem, what I experienced was not only a response but total problem resolution in less than and hour. Unfortunately I dont have need for their services at the moment because these guys are just the type of business I want to do business with and I am positive you will too. An invaluable resource for filling out forms. Incredibly fast customer service that is exceptional in handling your needs. In this day and age when companies can treat you like a number, it is nice to know that PDF Filler is not one of them. I love the product, however the one improvement I would like to see is the ability to combine documents into one or insert pages from a different document.

We are an accounting office in Kansas and we have quite a few clients that are out of town and this program allowed us to get signatures with out having the clients come into the office multiple times. I would defiantly recommend this program! We are a small firm so the basic package works for us and it is a reasonable price and the customer service is great, prompt and knowledgeable.

How do you promote interoperability?
