Had an issue with billing today (a Saturday) however after emailing their customer service team I got a very quick response and kept getting help and support until the issue was resolved, on the same day. The person I was in contact with was very polite, understanding and genuinely wanted to help. The service itself is great and I would recommend it to any business that needs to edit and sign documents online .

Excellent and modern convenience
I used PDF filler for just about everything- I am constantly needing to fax things and being able to do it digitally and get confirmation that it was received is great. I also use the form filler to easily electronically sign and send documents back and forth!
Nothing, to be honest, the platform is super user-friendly, the cost is reasonable and the product always works!

I had to use as a one -of to sign a document, but inadvertently signed up to a subscription. The website itself wasn't too clear, so no marks there. However, once i realised i was signed up and contacted the company via email, it was resolved with 2 emails over 2 days - from *********! And with me using my son's email address and forgetting i had done so. Very happy to get a refund. ******, *********

What do you like best?
I am never going to read instructions so it was great how this software is intuitive and you can begin work right away. The customer service is absolutely the best I have ever encountered. Super supportive, super polite and super efficient. Would I recommend it, duh.......1000%!!!

The best feature is that you can use the check and cross marks easily!
What do you dislike?
I dislike the fact that there isnt a hand-free drawing feature. I wish I could draw lines and curves on top of some pictures, for example!

I use it to grade my students papers in Pdf. It is easier to attach hand written exercises to pdf, and then go directly to pdffiller.

What does expanded mean in message trace?
Pending*: Delivery of the message is being attempted or re-attempted. Expanded: The message was sent to a distribution list and was expanded, so the members of the list can be viewed individually. Unknown*: The message delivery status is unknown at this time.
What is message trace?
Message Trace is a key tool for email admins to troubleshoot and track the health of their organization's mail flow. Message Trace in the Exchange Admin Center (EAC) is a useful tool for tracing messages, but it's visually cluttered and confusing, and it lacks a number of more sophisticated capabilities.
How long do message trace reports take?
When you run a message trace for messages that are less than 7 days old, the messages should appear within 5-30 minutes. When you run a message trace for messages that are greater than 7 days old, results may take up to a few hours.
How long does a message trace take Office 365?
When you run a message trace for messages less than 7 days old, the search results appear immediately. When such a message is sent to a recipient, it should take between 5-10 minutes to appear in the message trace data.
How do I run a trace email in Office 365?
Sign in to Office 365 with your work or school account.
Select the app launcher icon in the upper-left and choose Admin.
In the lower-left navigation, expand Admin centers and select Security & Compliance.
In the Security & Compliance page that opens, expand Mail flow, and select Message trace.
Can email be tracked?
Yes and No. For example, someone who sends a message to your Hotmail account shows in the X-Originating IP section of the headers. However, someone who sends you a message from Gmail will ONLY trace back to Google IP addresses. We've got more information in our Trace An Email questions and answers area.
