Pretty easy to use. There is a good selection of forms to choose from. I used it to fill out CRPs for my renters. I wish you could re-open a form that you had saved and make changes to it...maybe you can, but I couldn't figure out how.

I couldn't find 2018 W2 forms in the… I couldn't find 2018 W2 forms in the library. I looked for an hour. I could find 2016 W2s, 2019 W2s, but, not 2018. I found all kinds of IRS forms, but, not 2018 W2s. Finally I gave up after 2 days and emailed support. They responded immediately with form. It was awesome. I was shocked. What do you like best about the product? It's the best tool for PDF editing I have found so far What do you dislike about the product? Too expensive if you're not a business user (the price is too high for myself when I need the tool for a few times during the month, so it doesn't worth the price) What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you? It works perfectly as an editor, so I can easily change my documents with minimum effort.
