Wow, I am just testing the functionality of this system. If it does what I think it can its like having a personal secretary/ administrative assistant. I will gladly pay the premium for the service. My one concern, I want to make sure the is confidentiality and protection for the documents I'm transmitting as they are confidential. These days identity theft and misuse of personal protected inforamtion is critical so, you're assurances my site is secure and my documents I choose to fax and mail from PDF filer are not being inappropriately accessed by PDF filler employees is good to share. I like the email code you require for me to log in, that gives me security. I would like to know that when "chatting" with your team, they can't see my actual documents, just my account. I have no reason not to believe your site is secure, but just sharing. I am considering purchasing a small business, I would use your service daily and would like to be able to "buy up" credits for additional fax capabiltiy. Great service ! I've already referred your system to at least 4 different companies including the mortgage company I'm working with on the purchase of my business who has stated they will refer their clients to it. Occasionally I have had to extract some images of pdf files, for which this program has helped me and pleasantly surprised, since the process is very fast and the conversion of the file to images is quite fast and of good quality. Also in some moments I had to create some PDFs myself from photographs or text files, I have also in this process pdffil has been very useful, showing a very good performance and rapids 1.- easy to use. It does not require special knowledge. 2.- process of converting from and to pdf is quite fast. 3.- The results are quite good. 3.- create pdf from word, jpeg, excel or ppt files. 4.- export your pdf files to word, excel or jpg. 5.- You can rotate, cut, join, or create watermarks in your pdf. 6.- You can use it for free (although it has a limit of use per day) 7.- The work environment is simple, but effective. 1.- Sometimes, but due to page saturation problems it becomes a bit slow. 2.- You require constant internet connection so if you do not have access you can not use the online program.

Put in a Footnote Manually Create the small numbers in Word for referencing a footnote by clicking the “Superscript” icon, which is an x with a little number, and then type the number you want to use. Making the actual footnote is more difficult. Open the “Footer” section under “Insert” to go to the footer of the page.
Click the Home panel tab on the ribbon. Click the Superscript button in the Font group or press Ctrl-Shift+= to format the selected character as superscript. Click the Subscript button or press Ctrl+= to make the selected character subscript instead.
Click the “References” tab. ... Place your cursor where you want the footnote to appear. ... Click the “Insert Footnote” button. ... Change when your footnotes numbering resets. ... Change your footnote formatting.
To change the formatting of the footnote numbers, select the Footnotes Reference Style. If you want to change the formatting of the footnote text at the bottom of the page, select the Footnote Text Style. Click Modify, and then change the formatting options (font, size, and so on).
Make sure the References tab is selected on the ribbon. Click the small downward-pointing arrow in the lower-right corner of the Footnotes group. ... Make sure the Footnotes radio button is selected. Change the Start At value to reflect where you want Word to start numbering.
If you want your footnotes and end notes to be numbered continuously from the beginning of your document to the end, select the Continuous option. If you'd prefer to have your notes numbered by chapter or section, select the Restart Each Section option. Or select Restart Each Page to number your notes by page.
Each footnote should appear at the bottom of the page that includes its numbered in-text reference. For note numbers in the text, use superscript. Indent the first line of each note half an inch like a paragraph in the main text. Use a short line (or rule) to separate footnotes from the main text.
Click inside any footnote in the document. Click the Home tab. From the Select dropdown in the Editing group, choose Select All Text With Similar Formatting (No Data), as shown in Figure D. Press F9 and then click Yes (once for each footnote, which is a bit tedious).
