The only reason my rating isn't a perfect 5 Stars is regarding getting an a document notarized online. Your website says it will be at no cost. But when linked to the vendor notary person, she said the cost is $25. When I contacted your company a couple of times, it was indicated someone would get back to me w/ answer. But that never happened.

Easy way to fill in PDFs
Used as a freelance writer/editor who works with lots of PDFs.

PDFiller is awesome
Being able to edit a PDF online is great, and having to give a whopping 30-day free trial is awesome.
However, I think some things should be incorporated, like been able to move the typed words easily rather than having to cut and paste.

Would be great if it could integrate with your pdf documents without having to go to the website. maybe a feature where you can join or delete parts of the pdf without having to upload it to the website every time.

I signed up originally to utilise this service. Whilst I did not wish to continue with the service (just wouldnt need it again) I did struggle to cancel the service. I sent an email outlining my issue and got the quickest response back and my account fixed and funds returned. Great service if you do require all the time. Easy to use. Highly recommend.

How do I add a custom field to an invoice in QuickBooks?
Open an existing sales form or create a new one. Select the Gear icon at the top of the form (not on the navigation bar). In the Custom Fields section, select + Add custom field to add a new field.
Does QuickBooks Online allow you to add custom fields?
To add a custom field to a QuickBooks Online invoice is easy, but keep in mind that QuickBooks Online only allows you three custom fields. Also keep in mind that once you add a custom field, it will also appear as a field on all of your sales forms too.
How do I create a custom field in QuickBooks?
Go to the Sales menu. Select the Customers tab. Find and open a customer profile. Select Edit. Go to the Custom fields tab. Select + Add custom field to add a new field. Select Save to save your changes.
