I have tried many PDF editors and to be honest this has the best user experience and least learning curve. I will recommend to others. The pricing is good and the fact that paypal is an option is awesome. Others only accept credit cards.

It could be a little better if you put hints on tools that explained how to set and adjust them, but only if the person hovers over the tool without clicking it.

They have great customer service. I got charged my yearly fee, which was a mistake, and when I notified them they quickly took action and reimbursed my money. Thank you. The items provided by you are great, but I do not use them all year.

Very good service. I used it once to fix my resume and forgot to cancel. Accidentally subscribed for an annual subscription so was shocked to see $321 come out of my account. That was all the money I had. I got in touch with the customer support team and they refunded the money and cancelled my subscription immediately. 10* customer service - love you PDFFiller!

What do you do if an eBay buyer doesn't pay?
If the buyer is no longer registered on eBay, you can open a case right away in the Resolution Center. Under I sold an item, select I haven't received my payment yet. You can also open an unpaid item case in the Orders section of Seller Hub. If the buyer is still registered, please give the buyer 2 days to pay.
What happens when a buyer doesn't pay for an item on eBay?
When the buyer does pay, the Unpaid Item Case drops off, and the seller receives an email that the case has been closed. If the buyer does not pay, the seller receives an email that Final Value Fees will be credited back to their account. After a certain number of unpaid item strikes, the buyer is removed from eBay.
