Had a fantastic experience with PDFfiller with the refund I requested. I registered for a trial version and canceled the same day but they still charged me a month later. I brought that up to their attention and they promptly processed the refund. I thought they were going to give me the run around like many companies do but I was pleasantly surprised. What happens if I fail a corequisite?
Q: What happens if I fail both the corequisite course and the target course? A: You will be eligible to retake the target course and the corequisite course. A: You will be eligible to retake the target course, but you won't be able to retake the corequisite course.
Is a corequisite mandatory?
Corequisite. A course/condition* for which concurrent enrollment in another affiliated course is mandatory. Corequisite courses must always be offered in the same semester (usually lecture/lab). Students are required to enroll in corequisite course groupings at the same time through SOLAR.
Do I have to take a corequisite?
A corequisite means a course or other requirement that a student must take at the same time as another course or requirement. If the student does not have the required PRE/co requisite recorded or in progress the student will not be able to sign up for the course and will get a pre-med error message.
Can you override a prerequisite?
If the department/faculty grants permission, they will assign a Prerequisite Override for that course or section. There may be other registration errors you will encounter. The prerequisite override only addresses the prerequisite, not instructor permission or enrollment limits.
What does co prerequisite mean?
Co-requisites are two or more subjects that must be undertaken in the same Study Period. You must enrol in co-requisite subjects at the same time — you cannot enrol in one without the other. Information about co-requisites can be found using Subject Search.
What grade do you need to pass a prerequisite?
A: Generally, an undergraduate student needs only a passing grade unless the Maui description of the prerequisite lists a higher grade. See the math course below, for example. The prerequisite course of MATH:1005 requires a minimum grade of C- before the student may take MATH:1340.
Is it possible to take a class without the prerequisite?
If you are able to get into a class through the Access system, then you're good to go for the class even if you don't have the prerequisite). So in the end, it's your choice. You can stay in the class and see if you can do well or just drop the class.
Are D's passing in college?
' The standard is a C or better, even though a 'D' is officially a passing grade. Technically, a 'D' is passing, but it's a sort of we-don't-really-mean-it pass. A grudging pass, or perhaps a mercy pass. D's make some level of sense if you believe that a 'C' is an average grade.
