It has been great. It was a little difficult figuring out how to make it work. Having a delete button for the symbols and a spellcheck would be nice. I'm not complaining though. Being able to edit pdfs is EXTREMELY helpful!

Perfect Software for Small Business I use this software for my home inspection business to create required insurance reports and include images. It allows me to upload the required insurance form, edit it and add images for the required mitigation and four-point inspection reports. I love that I am able to save my reports, reuse them by editing as needed and organize them in the straightforward filing system. Excellent value for all of the features offered. Easy to use and manage organization. Love the FAX feature, signature, editing and capacity to upload images. Flash feature for uploading images. Settings have to be set and sometimes reset themselves. I use this feature everytime and sometimes the software freezes.

Sign in to your TextExpander.com account. Click on your account name in the upper right corner, then choose My Account from the menu. Open the Organizations tab and click Create An Organization. A popup will appear:
Open TextExpander, create a new snippet from the toolbar Paste your response into the main body of the snippet. (Optional) At the bottom of the window, add an Abbreviation, a few characters you can type to automatically trigger your snippet.
Open or create a snippet and set the Content: menu to Formatted text. You will see another row of tools appear in the editing bar. Type out the text you would like to make into a link. Select the link text, then choose the Make Link button in the editing bar.
Type the # symbol into the text editor. Start typing the snippet shortcut, then select the snippet from the dropdown menu. At the bottom of the text editor, click the snippets icon, then select a snippet from the dropdown menu.
A snippet is a small section of text or source code that can be inserted into the code of a program or Web page. Some programmers also use plain text snippets to comment code, such as adding developer information at the beginning of each source file. In Web development, snippets often contain HTML code.
Sign in to app.textexpander.com. Click on your avatar at the upper right. Select My Account. Click on Import / Export. Click the Export tab. Locate the group you wish to export. Click the export icon () to the far right of the group name You can only export groups on which you have Edit access.
For TextExpander.com, snippet data is stored encrypted at rest on the database server's file system.
Download the app. Unzip the application and double-click the file. Install. Drag TextExpander into your applications folder. Launch. Double-click on the app icon to launch TextExpander.
