Easy PDF completion app
Overall from what I've used, this has been a really great way to complete and sign documents.
I liked that you can basically fill out forms but digitally. Everything is digital these days and instead of having to download and do a bunch of cumbersome steps to complete a document, you can do it straight from the app. It's much easier and cleaner.
I wish you could edit things and make changes. If you need something changed you'd have to contact the other party and have it changed then resent. But even so it's not that big a deal and it's still a great software.

My experience with PDFfiller has been mostly smooth. It has beneficial features I haven't found with other PDF editors. There are a couple of things that I haven't been able to do but I'm not sure if it's not an option or I just don't know how to do them.

I feel that it was inappropriate and a bit shady to let a customer edit the PDF and then hit them with the credit card ask. Maybe let them do a test for 15m or something.

Can I stay in US while I 539 is pending?
Yes, you can remain in the US while the I-539 extension is pending. Once you have a decision, if the extension is approved, you can stay through the expiration date of that new extended stay.
How long does it take for USCIS to approve I 539?
As per USCIS, which is from the conference call they hosted, they typically would take about 17 days on average to complete the I-539 biometric process from the day they receive the I-539 application(assuming no re-schedules).
Can I stay in the US while my i 539 is being processed?
Yes, you can remain in the US while the I-539 extension is pending. Once you have a decision, if the extension is approved, you can stay through the expiration date of that new extended stay.
How long does it take to receive approval notice from USCIS?
It usually takes 7 to 14 days thereafter for us to receive the approval notice from USCIS.
What is i539 approval notice?
If you are an F or M student, and you need to extend your stay in the United States or change your nonimmigrant status, you need to file a Form I-539, Application to Extend/Change Nonimmigrant Status, with U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS).

You can travel outside the USA during pending H1B extension. Make sure you have an existing H1B visa that is valid on the date of your re-entry to avoid trouble.
