The form 1096 is not current in the video shown - it shows 2012 and the number 7 is different for 2016, so would like an explanation of what NEC means. Thought I could use this for 1099 and also 1096 but still need to use IRs forms to send them, so dissapointing. Wondering what I will use this service for - does it allow ALL pdf files that I receive to be opened and edited? If so, then useful. Otherwise, probably short lived for me.Thx

I wish there were more typfaces I could use. Also, I couldn't figure out how to italicize titles within the document without it italicizing all around it. I gave up after several attempts. Wish that part were more user friendly.

I received a message saying thank you for payment on the annual subscription. I simply emailed back stating that I had cancelled the subscription before the trial period ended, and I requested a refund. I was contacted almost immediately from a representative of pdfFiller that they had cancelled the subscription and issued a credit back to me. I am impressed with how quick and easy it was. I`m using Adobe and pdf filler. I find pdf filler easier to use for marking up docs etc which is all I have used it for so far. I am interested in learning more functionalities.
