What do you like best?
We use PDFfiller primarily for tracking and completing registration forms for the advanced trainings we provide to mental health professionals across the country. Manually managing these forms was a nightmare as our business started to grow. Once we started using PDFfiller, it began incredibly easy and hassle free to monitor who was registered for which trainings and when. the integrated PayPal and Stripe systems make it super easy to allow customers to pay registration fees immediately and we are notified as soon as that happens. Also, PDFfiller offers a digital fax line. In today's day and age, we are completely wireless and adding a hardwired fax line would have been such a pain. For 10 bucks we are able to digitally send and receive faxes which is very helpful when dealing with physicians and other medical providers.
What do you dislike?
We have only had one real issue with PDFfiller. At some point a few months ago, we had some issues with the PayPal/Stripe payment integration. We were unable to send receipts to our customer which was rather frustrating for us and them because of the amount of money people spend to some to our trainings. I reached out to someone at PDFfiller and a manager responded the next business day and said they would get in touch with the team who handles that part to get it fixed. Though I did not hear back, within a week or so the problem was fixed.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Do it. It is well worth the price for what you are getting.

Sending and receiving faxes through this program is a lifesaver. I am able to access them anywhere at any time whether I am in the office or out of town. It's also a great organizational tool for tracking out "link to fill" forms.

What do you like best? I encounter a lot of reasons to amend, annotate, merge, separate, and complete PDF documents. I used the free version of pdfFiller for a while and realized that I used it so much and liked using it so much that I actually paid for the upgraded version. I have been using pdfFiller for about a year and it is a go-to part of my toolbox for document management. In fact, I just grabbed a couple of model forms from my trade association and (with permission) stripped off their information and inserted my firm info and logo. In 15 minutes I had professional forms tailored to my business - I cannot even estimate how much that saved me in time and money. pdfFiller makes me look good, so I am giving them a review to make them look good - it's what I can Good Business quid-pro-quo. What do you dislike? Nothing is perfect, and while I gave pdfFiller the highest rating I could, it too is not perfect. I have found that scrolling through documents I have edited rather than being able to create folders to store my completed documents is slower than I want. I come from a Windows environment and have become spoiled by the Windows' file structure. Still, this is probably more about me than about pdfFiller. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I annotate, merge, duplicate, and complete more pdf forms than I like. Most are government or bureaucratic forms and they insist upon too much information. It helps to have forms done one and stored on pdfFIller that I can access to update the dates or other data and resubmit.

An exception occurs when the seller stipulates that they are only selling surface rights and will retain mineral rights. Alternatively, an owner could decide to sell the mineral rights on their property, which means that they keep the surface rights.
”Mineral rights” entitle a person or organization to explore and produce the rocks, minerals, oil and gas found at or below the surface of a tract of land. For example, it is possible to sell or lease rights to all mineral commodities beneath a property and retain rights to the surface.
You can retain your mineral rights simply by putting an exception in your sales contract, provided that the buyer agrees to it, of course. If you sell your house with no such legal clarification, then those mineral rights automatically transfer to the buyer.
The market value of mineral rights is determined by what a buyer is willing to pay today for your property. This allows buyers to make offers on your property that will let you determine the mineral rights value. However, it's important to get maximum value when you sell mineral rights.
To check if you own mineral rights, then you should start by getting a copy of your deed. If you do not already have a copy, then go to the county Recorder's office and get a copy. Look to see if you were conveyed fee simple title to the property.
You can retain your mineral rights simply by putting an exception in your sales contract, provided that the buyer agrees to it, of course. If you sell your house with no such legal clarification, then those mineral rights automatically transfer to the buyer.
An owner can separate the mineral rights from his or her land by: Conveying (selling or otherwise transferring) the land but retaining the mineral rights. (This is accomplished by including a statement in the deed conveying the land that reserves all rights to the minerals to the seller.)
One mineral rights' buyer may be willing to pay $5,000/acre and another might be willing to pay $7,500/acre. As a mineral owner, you will benefit the most by getting your property in front of a large network of buyers, so you can locate the buyer willing to pay the highest market value.
